Clean and spacious rooms.

We faced several disappointments. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, with partying continuing until the early hours. The Bistro was lacking staff, leading to long waits for service. To top it off, there was no complimentary breakfast, which we expected in a hotel of this caliber.

That was good standard and absolutely gorgeous hotel set in very friendly area, just next door to restaurants and stores as well as Very close to all stores. The queen room was brand-new and the bed was comfortable. Private bathroom was luxurious.

Think that this quiet and beautiful hotel is beyond compare, appreciated it. It has a huge variety of meals to offer, the food is excellent!

No bells, no whistles, just facts

The staff were responsive, and we particularly enjoyed the breakfast options despite some mixed opinions. The gym was well-equipped, though the pool was unfortunately closed. Quick check-in made it easy after a long workday.

This hotel was an excellent fit for our holiday in Jacksonville with decent value for money. The air conditioner worked great and kept us cool in the heat. Make sure to check out the nearby shops and restaurants for meals.

The room was unbelievably clean and spacious! I loved the lovely shower with fantastic water pressure and quality bath products from Paul Mitchell. The gym was well-equipped, and I was thrilled to find a Starbucks right in the lobby!

Clean room, friendly staff, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a well-stocked pantry for late-night snacks, making my 1-night stay enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was super clean and had a powerful shower, and the gym facilities were impressive with plenty of equipment. I wish the dining options were more varied.

Noise can be an issue. I experienced some disturbances from loud parties that stretched late into the night. The Bistro services were sometimes lacking, including a need for better staffing during peak hours, which can lead to waits for overpriced food and drinks. Plus, the room curtains didn't do a great job blocking out exterior floodlights.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants, and our rooms with 2 full beds were enjoyable, everything about this place was wonderful.
